How often should a garden be maintained?
Through the growing season, most gardens stay sharp on a fortnightly visit, with monthly visits enough for low-maintenance plots. In autumn and winter the work shifts to leaves, pruning and tidying. We will recommend a rhythm for your garden.
Do you take the green waste away?
Yes, always. Grass clippings, hedge trimmings, prunings and cleared waste leave with us at the end of the visit and are disposed of responsibly. You will not find a pile in the corner or bags left by the bin.
Do I need to be home when you visit?
No. Most of our regular customers are out when we visit. As long as we can reach the garden, we work to the agreed plan, take the waste with us and let you know the visit is done. Keys and codes are handled carefully.
Can you take on a garden that is completely overgrown?
Yes, overgrown gardens are a regular starting point. We clear it in stages, cut everything back to a manageable shape and remove the waste. From there you can keep it going yourself or have us return on a regular round.
